  • A. Call us at 586.281.0150, Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm and our team will get you registered.

  • A. Payment is due at the time of registration.

  • A. We accept credit, debit, and prepaid money cards. All card transactions include a $3.00 convenience fee. If you prefer, you may also send a money order – once received, a staff member will contact you to complete your registration.

  • A. No. Students are required to be in a quiet, private, and stationary setting for the duration of the class. Anyone observed attending from a workplace or while driving will be removed from the session.

  • A. Classes are locked once they begin and late arrivals will not be admitted. If you miss your start time you will need to reschedule and repay for a new session.

  • A. Yes. Once you have completed your class, CLSA will electronically submit your completion directly to your referring party on your behalf.

  • A. There is no Zoom ID or password required. Your class is accessed through the secure link emailed to you after your payment is processed.

  • A. First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, call our registration office at 586.281.0150, Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm, and we will confirm your email address and resend the link.

  • A. Yes. Your instructor will provide appropriate breaks based on the length of the course. Students must return from breaks on time – late returns will not be permitted to rejoin the session.

  • A. Yes. Students are required to remain on camera with their microphone on throughout the class to allow for communication with the instructor. Failure to do so will result in removal from the session.

  • A. No. Children are not permitted during class sessions. Please make appropriate childcare arrangements in advance so your attention can remain fully on the program.
